Acceptance...

Walking on the shore,

Wet sand below the soft waves,

Foot prints washed away,

The trickling sound of the retreating water.

The clear sky crimsoned sun,

As it dipped int the shimmering water.

The air cooled as the grooves waved of the day.

Sitting on the rocks,

Lamented memories of the past,

With the sweet fragrance in the air,

A calmness of the soul,

As the world paused,

Emotions rose,

Thoughts sorted,

Soaking natures beauty,

A selfless being,

And a thoughtless mind.

Opening to the colored sky,

A blessed thought filled in being,

An appreciation,

And a thankfulness

To the gift;Life.
